What is INQA Coaching?
INQA Coaching is a funding programme run by the New Quality of Work Initiative (INQA), financed by the ESF Plus and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS). It helps small and medium-sized enterprises shape change – particularly around digitalisation and AI – in a way that improves processes and brings employees along. An authorised INQA coach from our team guides you through the process.
Three steps to results
1 · Initial consultation (free of charge)
A regional INQA advisory office (IBS) checks your eligibility for funding and issues the INQA Coaching voucher.
2 · Coaching within your organisation
Up to 7 months, a maximum of 12 consulting days – agile, in iterations, together with your employees. The result: a binding operational action plan.
3 · Closing review
Three to six months after the coaching, you evaluate the results together with the advisory office.

Who is eligible for funding?
SMEs with fewer than 250 employees
at least one full-time position subject to social insurance contributions
at least 2 years in business

In all honesty
We are clear about two things from the outset: first, you pay upfront – reimbursement follows once the coaching has been carried out and the application submitted. Second, binding eligibility for funding is assessed by the INQA advisory office, not the coach. That very initial consultation is free of charge and your first step.
