Services

Five areas of consulting – each viewed through a digitalisation and AI lens. We develop solutions together with your people, with funding available on request.
Consulting area 1

Work organisation & processes

When time drains away into paper shuffling and duplicate data entry, the greatest leverage lies in work organisation.
Typical triggers:
  • media breaks and duplicate data entry
  • unclear workflows and bottlenecks
  • processes that live only in individual people's heads
Our approach: We make your workflows visible, identify the real bottlenecks and digitalise where it brings tangible relief – with workflow tools, AI-assisted documentation and e-invoicing as a concrete starting point.
Consulting area 2

People & qualification

Skilled staff are in short supply, experience-based knowledge is lost as people retire, and digital tools demand new competencies.
Typical triggers:
  • skills shortages and laborious onboarding
  • knowledge disappearing with experienced employees
  • qualification needs for digital tools
Our approach: We secure experience-based knowledge digitally, build AI competence within the workforce and improve recruitment. Important: the EU AI Act obliges companies that deploy AI to ensure their employees have AI competence – qualification is a requirement, not an optional extra.
Consulting area 3

Leadership & career

Leadership in transition: building a second tier of management, clarifying succession, reorganising roles.
Typical triggers:
  • succession and generational change
  • role conflicts and unclear responsibilities
  • leading hybrid teams
Our approach: This is the home of the systemic constellation – leadership, team and succession constellations make hidden dynamics visible. Alongside this, we support data-driven decisions and leadership in the age of AI.
Consulting area 4

The workplace of the future

Home working and hybrid models, shift and working-time questions, workload – the workplace is changing fast.
Typical triggers:
  • home working and hybrid collaboration
  • working-time recording and shift models
  • heavy workload from routine tasks
Our approach: Digital time recording, greater self-management through the right tools, and AI assistance that relieves the burden of routine tasks – leaving more time for what matters.
Consulting area 5

Business models & innovation

The business model under pressure, new competitors, the platform economy – and the question: what will AI do to our market?
Typical triggers:
  • new competitors and platforms
  • uncertainty about AI's impact on the core business
  • the need for new, digital services
Our approach: AI potential analysis, digital services around your core business, and innovation processes involving your employees. For strategic course-setting, decision constellations provide valuable support.
