Frequently asked questions about funding

Who is eligible for funding?
SMEs with fewer than 250 employees, at least one full-time position subject to social insurance contributions, at least two years in the market, and with their registered office and place of work in Germany.
How much is the funding?
An 80% subsidy, a maximum of €1,200 net per consulting day, up to 12 consulting days over a period of up to 7 months.
Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. You initially cover the costs yourself; reimbursement follows once the engagement has been carried out and the application submitted. We are upfront about this from the very start.
How much effort does this involve for us?
The coaching runs in iterations during ongoing operations – with the involvement of your employees, not over their heads.
Who assesses eligibility for funding?
The binding assessment is carried out by a regional INQA advisory centre (IBS) – not the coach. The free initial consultation there is your first step.
