3. Collection and storage of personal data, and the nature and purpose of its use

a) Visiting the website

When you access our website, the browser you are using automatically sends information to the server hosting our website. This information is stored temporarily in what is known as a log file. The following information is recorded in this way without any action on your part and stored until it is automatically deleted: the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time of access, the name and URL of the file retrieved, the website from which access was made (referrer URL), the browser used and, where applicable, the operating system of your device, as well as the name of your access provider.

We process the aforementioned data for the following purposes: to ensure a smooth connection to the website, to ensure convenient use of our website, to evaluate system security and stability, and for further administrative purposes. The legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above.

b) Contacting us via the contact form, by e-mail or by telephone

Using the contact form on this website, you can request an initial consultation without obligation. In doing so, we process the data you provide: name, e-mail address, company, number of employees and your enquiry; providing a telephone number is optional. In addition, the time of submission and your IP address are stored — the latter in order to trace and defend against misuse of the form.

The purpose of the processing is to handle your enquiry and to prepare for a possible advisory relationship. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is directed towards concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), together with Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future; an informal message to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. will suffice.

Your details are stored on our server for the purpose of handling the enquiry and are additionally transmitted to us by e-mail. We delete the data as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, and at the latest upon your request — provided that no statutory retention obligations prevent this.

Alternatively, you can continue to reach us by e-mail or by telephone. In the case of an enquiry by e-mail, a valid e-mail address must be provided so that we know who the enquiry is from and are able to respond to it. Further details may be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of making contact is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR on the basis of your enquiry.

c) Funding Check

The Funding Check offered on this website (a self-assessment of eligibility for INQA Coaching funding) runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are transmitted neither to our server nor to third parties and are not stored. No personal data is processed in the course of this.

d) Fonts (web fonts)

The fonts used on this website are embedded locally on our server. No connection is made to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts).

e) Spam protection via Google reCAPTCHA

To protect the contact form against abusive submissions and spam, we use the "reCAPTCHA v3" service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA v3 works invisibly in the background and assesses, on the basis of interaction characteristics, whether the input is made by a human and not by an automated program; there are no puzzles to solve. The analysis begins when the contact page is called up. For this purpose, data is transmitted to Google and evaluated there, in particular your IP address, the length of time spent on the page, and mouse and keyboard input. The service is integrated via the recaptcha.net domain, so that no cookies from the google.com domain are set when the page is called up.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting our services against automated access and spam. A transfer of your data to the USA cannot be ruled out in this context. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, meaning that an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists for transfers to the USA.

Further information on how Google handles user data can be found in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy and in the terms of use at policies.google.com/terms.

4. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only disclose your personal data to third parties where: you have given your express consent to do so (Art. 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR); the disclosure is necessary under Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in your data not being disclosed; a legal obligation to disclose exists (Art. 6(1)(1)(c) GDPR); and this is legally permissible and necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with you (Art. 6(1)(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Cookies

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (e.g. session cookies of the content management system). These are required for the operation of the website and are automatically deleted at the end of your browser session or after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR. No analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are used.

6. Data subject rights

You have the right:

  • pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us;
  • pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR, to request without delay the correction of inaccurate personal data, or the completion of your personal data stored by us;
  • pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation;
  • pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
  • pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, to object to the processing;
  • pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, you can contact us at the address given above.

7. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorised access by third parties. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

8. Currency and amendment of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is currently valid and was last updated on 16 July 2026. As our website continues to develop, or as a result of changed statutory or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this Privacy Policy. The current version of the Privacy Policy can be accessed by you at any time on our website.
