Ground rules during the coaching
Every appointment goes into the list of consulting days with date, hours and phase. It is later the basis for the invoice and the funding application.
A day has 8 hours – so at most 96 hours. 64 to 96 hours for the whole coaching are usual.
After the kick-off, each work phase and the evaluation, the report goes to you and the advisory office within one week at the latest. It needs no signature.
The design fields from your expression of interest in the funding portal apply. If the focus shifts, we record this in the kick-off report.
The coaching is about your workflows and your team. We do not sell software or implementation services in the process – we assess solutions and alternatives neutrally with you.
7 months from the issue of the voucher. Extensions only in exceptional cases, such as illness – on application via the advisory office.
What the coaching costs
Example for a company entitled to deduct input VAT, with the full scope of 12 consulting days. You pay the fee in full first: €17,136 gross (€14,400 net plus 19 % VAT). After your funding application has been checked, the federal office reimburses €11,520. You reclaim the VAT as input tax as usual.
The funded daily rate is capped at €1,200 net; €1,428 gross without input VAT deduction. Fewer days are possible – the coaching is tailored to your needs.
Travel costs and materials are not eligible for funding and are billed separately – we discuss this beforehand.
